I am a Relate trained relationship and psycho-sexual therapist with over 20 years of experience. I work with couples and individuals experiencing sexual and relationship difficulties.
I believe our need for connection to others, the quality of our personal relationships, and the satisfaction we derive from them when things are working well are all key factors in our physical and mental health and well-being. Seeking help when things go wrong takes a lot of courage, especially when those problems are about the most intimate parts of our life and sex. I have extensive training and wide experience of working with problems such as :
- Loss of desire, mismatch of desire and arousal difficulties,
- Erectile dysfunctions; rapid and delayed ejaculation
- Orgasmic problems
- Dyspareunia (pain during intercourse)
- Vaginismus
- Sexual phobias or aversion

- Loss and endings through bereavement or separation/divorce

- Forming new relationships after a divorce/separation and impact on children and stepchildren
- Anxiety about new relationships and repeating patterns and commitment issues
- Managing a relationship that isn’t working.

I offer an initial chat by phone to agree the way ahead. Currently as a result of Covid all sessions will be online via zoom and I do not anticipate this changing until early 2021. When I return to face to face I will be working in Wiltshire and Hampshire. I am also trained and able to offer therapy via email and telephone counselling. Sessions last 60 minutes and I charge £55 per session for relationship therapy and £60 per session for psycho-sexual therapy.
I am a member of The College of Sex and Relationship therapists (COSRT) and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have a certificate in skills for working online awarded by COSRT.
